Refund Policy
Ikigai Explorer is a digital service consumed immediately on demand. Our refund policy reflects that.
Starting the conversation
By clicking Begin to start your conversation, you expressly consent to begin the Service immediately, and you understand that this means you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This consent is required for us to provide the Service to you on demand.
No refund once the conversation has started
Once you have clicked Begin and the conversation has started, the Service is being delivered to you in real time. We do not offer refunds.
Exceptional circumstances
If you experienced a serious technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, or any aspect of the Service materially failed to perform as described, please contact us. We will review the situation on its merits and may offer a refund or alternative resolution at our discretion. This is the only circumstance in which refunds will normally be considered.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ikigaiexplorer.co.uk with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The approximate time of purchase
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If your message to hello@ikigaiexplorer.co.uk bounces back as undeliverable, please email info@retirewise.uk instead — we'll pick it up there.
Your statutory rights
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Nothing here removes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.
